Testing Services

Before requesting a testing service, please review the Sample Acceptance Criteria Table. If your samples meet the required dimensions and quantities for the requested test, complete the Test Request Form and submit it by email.

Our team will complete the Fee Information section at the bottom of the form and return it to you for approval. You may also refer to our Testing Services Price List.

Once approved, please sign and stamp the form and send it to us together with the samples. Upon receipt, the samples will be inspected and, if deemed suitable for testing, payment instructions will be provided.

Payment must be made in advance to the bank account specified on the form. Please email us a copy of the payment receipt. Customer account information is available upon request.

Once testing has been completed, the approved Test Report will be sent to you by email. If you require a hard copy bearing an original signature, please indicate this when submitting your request.

If you require a statement of conformity for the test results, conformity assessment will be performed in accordance with our Decision Rule Application Procedure, and the outcome will be stated in the Test Report.

All tests within our scope of accreditation are destructive. Upon request, tested samples and associated sample pieces will be packaged and returned to the address specified in the application form. Otherwise, samples will be retained for three (3) months and subsequently disposed of.
