Testing Services
Before requesting our testing services, please review the Sample Acceptance Criteria Table. If the dimensions and quantities of your samples are suitable for the requested test, please complete the Test Request Form and submit it via email.
The Fee Information section at the bottom of the form will be completed by our team and returned to you for approval. You may also review our Testing Services Price List.
Upon your approval, please sign and stamp the form and send it to our address together with the samples. The samples will be inspected upon receipt, and if they are deemed suitable for testing, payment instructions will be provided.
Payment must be made in advance to the bank account specified on the form. Please send a copy of the payment receipt to us. Our Customer Account Information is available upon request.
Once testing has been completed, the approved Test Report will be sent to you via email. If you require a hard copy with an original signature, please indicate this when submitting your request.
Should you request a statement of conformity regarding the test results, the conformity assessment will be carried out in accordance with our Decision Rule Application Procedure, and the outcome will be stated in the Test Report.
All tests within our scope of accreditation are destructive tests. Upon request, the tested samples and all associated sample pieces will be packaged and returned to the address specified in the application form. Otherwise, samples will be retained for a period of three (3) months and subsequently disposed of.
