Founded in Istanbul in 1969 to produce the brass raw materials used in E.C.A. branded products, ELSAN has been manufacturing brass billets, rods, profiles, and ingots at its integrated facilities in Manisa since 1990. Backed by strong infrastructure, internationally recognized certifications, and export capabilities, the company supplies reliable brass raw materials to both domestic and global markets.

Holding ISO 9001 certification since 1997, ELSAN is also certified to ISO 14001 for Environmental Management, ISO 50001 for Energy Management, and ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and Safety. In addition, the company holds TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 approval for testing services. With an authorised licence for the recovery of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, ELSAN manufactures raw materials in compliance with applicable national and international standards and directives. The consistently high quality of ELSAN’s raw materials contributes to the strong reputation for quality associated with E.C.A.-branded brass products in international markets.
Quality is our priority at every stage of production. All tests required by applicable standards or requested by customers are carried out with precision, and the relevant quality documentation is provided with the products. The ELSAN Metallurgy Laboratory holds TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 approval from the Turkish Standards Institution (TSE) for testing services. Testing of metallic materials is performed by competent and independent personnel in accordance with applicable international standards.
At ELSAN Hammadde, we adopt a circular economy approach to protect natural resources and contribute to climate action. Approximately 80% of our products are manufactured using recycled raw materials. Through our lead-free and DZR alloys, we prioritize drinking-water safety and the protection of water resources. Guided by ISO 14001 and ISO 50001, we regularly report our carbon and water footprints and work continuously to reduce our environmental impact through our Zero Waste approach.
