INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS POLICY

(QUALITY - ENVIRONMENT - ENERGY - OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY)

1. To be an exemplary organization that respects society and the environment with the pride and responsibility of being an Elginkan Group company,

2. To comply with the requirements of customers and all related parties in the context of Quality, Environment, Energy and OHS, as well as the requirements of applicable legal regulations and standards,

3. To continuously monitor Quality, Environment, Energy and OHS performance indicators, to evaluate risks and opportunities to increase performance, and to continuously improve Management Systems,

4. To consider quality, environment, energy efficiency and occupational safety in all aspects of products, services, machinery, methods, processes, design, etc. and in all areas of production, consumption, supply, sales, etc,

5. To closely follow technological developments to reduce costs and increase efficiency,

6. To ensure the continuity of our reliability and increase customer satisfaction by produce high quality the first time,

7. To reduce the consumption of energy and natural resources, to use energy and natural resources efficiently and to try to minimize the environmental impacts arising from our activities,

8. To reduce wastes at the source, to classify wastes by its source and by its properties, and to ensure recycling or disposal of wastes in according with applicable laws and regulations in order to prevent pollution and protect the environment,

9. Providing a safe and healthy working environment by eliminating hazards and keeping OHS risks under control, preventing injuries and health deterioration, minimizing occupational accidents and lost time,

10. To train our employees to help their personal development, as well as to increase their awareness regarding quality, environmental awareness, energy efficiency and occupational safety; and to provide consultation and participation of workers.
