Firstly, please review the "Acceptance Criteria for Test Samples". If the sizes and quantities of your samples are suitable for the test you request, fill in the "Test Request Form" and send it by e-mail. The "fee information" at the bottom of the form will be filled in by us and sent back to you for your approval. Please check out our “Test Price List”.
If you approve, send the samples along with the form which stamp&signature to our address. The samples will be checked, if they are suitable for the test, you will be informed for payment.
Make the payment in advance to the account specified in the form and send the receipt to us. You can find our “Current Card Information” here. After the tests are completed, the approved "Test Report" will be sent to you via e-mail. If you request a "Test Report" with a wet-ink signature, please provide information. If you request a declaration of conformity regarding the test results, the conformity assessment will be made according to the "Decision Rule Procedure”, and it will be indicated in the Test Report.
You should know that all tests within our scope are destructive tests; if you request, the sample and all parts of the sample will be sent back to you. Otherwise, it will be stored for 3 months and then dispose of.
